We’ve not been to Shetland before. So how do we get there?
Shetland is around 170 km (106 mi) north of mainland Scotland and 350 km (217 mi) west of Bergen, Norway and is closer to the Arctic Circle than to London!
There are only two ways to get to Shetland – by Ferry or by Air!
By far the least expensive, enjoyable & magical experience is getting here by Ferry from Aberdeen!
